2 positions available - Projects & Platforms Assistant and Communication Assistant (long term contracts)

INTERREG IVC and its successor programme, Interreg Europe (2014-2020) are interregional cooperation programmes, aimed at improving regional policy implementation through cooperation projects and learning platforms. For their implementation, a Joint Secretariat (JS) has been set up in Lille (France).

Interreg Europe is a Europe-wide funding programme, to reinforce the effectiveness of Europe’s Cohesion Policy. It targets policymakers and implementers of regional policy, in particular those responsible for Structural
Funds. The programme offers two actions: interregional cooperation projects and policy learning platforms. Projects can run 3-5 years, and platforms will run for eight years.

The Joint Secretariat is currently looking for:

One Projects & Platforms Assistant to support the Projects & Platforms unit with the administrative and financial follow-up of all aspects of the platforms and projects including contracting and following suppliers, secretarial support, and logistics. For the platforms, the person would also follow the budget management.

One Communication Assistant to support Communication unit with event logistics, information management, administrative and secretarial support.

15C007 / Event organisation services linked to Interreg Europe networking at the OPEN DAYS 2015.

The GEIE GECOTTI aims to select a service provider for its Interreg Europe Joint Secretariat (JS). The service provider will assist in the organisation of two interactive networking sessions at the OPEN DAYS 2015 in Brussels. 

Selected service provider will:

  1. Manage in the organisation of the interactive networking sessions
  2. Produce, deliver, set up and dismantle 300 DIY cardboard chairs for the networking sessions
  3. Facilitate the networking sessions
  4. Provide additional technical equipment for the networking sessions
  5. Photograph the most important moments of the networking (optional)
  6. Suggest how to improve the networking experience (optional)

15C006 / Legal assistance services for the Interreg Europe Programme Policy Learning Platforms procurement contract

INTERREG IVC / Europe is looking for legal assistance to support the Technical Secretariat (in particular the Platforms Coordinator) with the set-up, implementation and follow up of the legal procedures for the procurement and contracting of the Policy Learning Platforms (PLP). Information: Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platforms procurement

The Interreg Europe intends to launch a public procurement procedure during the summer 2015 in view of setting up Policy Learning Platforms. The procedure will result to a Framework Agreement with one single “economic operator” for setting up and implementing for eight years four platforms, one for each of the four Thematic Objectives addressed by the programme.
