Specific requirements relating to the reporting of the shared costs for Slovenian partners

Slovenia will only allow the first way of reporting shared costs (certain budget costs which are covered by more than one project partner; they should be limited) as defined in point 5 of Reporting shared costs under chapter 4.3.3. of the INTERREG IVC Programme Manual (Part of the Application Pack. Intended to assist applicants in drafting applications, as well as in implementing and finalising the approved operations) , i.e. “the partners pay their shares of the cost to the responsible partner and after reimbursement include expenditure (the related share) in their financial report, which is then validated by their controller”.

On-the-spot checks

In order to comply with the obligation to carry out on-the-spot checks according to Regulation (EC) No. 1828/2006 Article 13 (2) amended by Regulation (EC) No. 846/2009, and in compliance with Chapter 2.2. of the reporting guidelines for the Slovenian partners, the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology will carry out on-the-spot checks for all Slovenian project partners included in the INTERREG IVC programme at least once during the lifetime of the project.

Further information

Guidelines for reporting for Slovenian partners participating in INTERREG IVC projects have been published on the Slovenian Ministry of Economic Development and Technology website.
