The INTERREG IVC programme has one Joint Technical Secretariat for the whole of Europe, based in Lille, France. It is supported by four Information Points that deliver information and technical advice to applicants, depending on the location of the Lead Partner. They are based in Katowice (Poland), Lille (France), Rostock (Germany) and Valencia (Spain). The four Information Points operate until July 2013, when there will be no more calls for project proposals.
National Contact Points are also in operation to answer questions on country specific requirements like eligibility of partners or the provision of additional national co-funding.
Finally, the Monitoring Committee is the central decision-making body of the programme. In accordance with article 65 of Regulation (EC) 1083/2006 it shall satisfy itself as to the effectiveness and quality of the implementation of the Operational Programme. The list of Monitoring Committee members is available for consultation, however questions and requests should only be forwarded to the Joint Technical Secretariat, the Information Points or the National Contact Points.
The Conseil Régional Nord – Pas-de-Calais is the Managing Authority of the INTERREG IVC programme.
The characteristics, tasks and responsibilities of each of these bodies are described in the INTERREG IVC Operational Programme.
