INTERREG EUROPE programme launched

Posted on 4th December 2014 | Category: Programme

After months of preparation, the interregional forum 'Europe, let's cooperate!' is over. We reflected on the previous INTERREG IVC programme and presented some of the best project results. Now, INTERREG EUROPE, the new interregional cooperation programme for 2014-2020 is ready to start.

Bologna participantsOn 2-3 December 2014, we brought to Bologna almost 800 people from all over Europe. They came to find inspiration from the past projects. They also shared ideas on how to work together in the future on improving the life in their regions. The participants themselves proposed over 100 ideas for discussion at a specially designed networking area. You can have a look at the ideas.

Over 1000 people also tuned in to the online streaming of the event on the first day. For over 3 hours, they followed not only the presentations on the stage, but also behind the scene interviews with some of us and selected participants. Thanks to social media they could comment on the presentations and ask questions. Look at our Storify of the event for a small sample of what they said.

The second day was reserved only to those present in Bologna. We gave them more detailed tutorials on the new features of INTERREG EUROPE. Four videos about them will be soon available online also for you.
