Bodies responsible for Structural Funds programmes

You can find here the lists of the managing authorities and/or intermediate bodies of Investment for Growth and Jobs programmes and European Territorial Cooperation programmes. If policies under these programmes are addressed by a project, we would expect the relevant organisation to be partner. If they are not partners, the relevant organisation must sign the letter of support submitted with the project application.

National events

Details of any events organised in your country are published here. The national point of contact is responsible for the organisation and registration for national events.

National information day on Interreg Europe is an event for potential applicants. It is an opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the features of the new interregional cooperation programme. The event also offers inspiring examples of INTERREG IVC projects and their achievements.

First level control information

This section provides information on the system set up for first level control in your country. Any costs associated with this control are indicated so they can be planned for in any project budget.

The system

Croatia has opted for a centralised first level control system. Expenditure of project partners from Croatia will thus have to be checked and confirmed by the following body:

Agency for Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia (ARD)
Directorate for Financial Management and Accounting/First Level Control Service
Vlaška 108, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia

Contact person:

Andrijana Jurin Vidović
Head of First Level Control Service
Phone: +385 (0)1 48 11 285
Fax : +385 (0)1 64 47 608

The project partners are requested to submit their progress report to the first level control body for verification and confirmation within 15 days after the end of each reporting period. In case of clarifications request, the project partners will be granted 7 days to reply.

The costs

The costs resulting from the control can be reported as eligible costs in compliance with the relevant EU-regulations and programme rules.

The first level controller will issue a partner control confirmation for each reporting period, for a cost of EUR 510 per partner control confirmation.

The price for each on-the-spot-check is EUR 290.

On-the-spot checks

The first level control body will organise on-the-spot-checks at least once during the project lifetime.
