The system installed is an internet/intranet based software application which is easily transferable to other organisations.

The system monitors energy consumption on a real time which identifes wastage and allows management the opportunity to identify potential energy efficiency projects by analysing consumption trends and verification of actual savings. The Council is using this system to set a baseline energy consumption and to confirm it has acheived its annual 3% reduction target.
