The vision of IAE is to become an internationally recognised Institute of excellence promoting an entrepreneurial life style and mindset within the university community and its stakeholders: Coventry University, Regional agency West Midlands, Business sector private sector companies in region. Key success factors are strategic alliances, businees solutions or commercial knowledge.
The IAE is the University gateway to all enterprise and entrepreneurship activities and offers its students, graduates, staff and business community at large, a broad range of entrepreneurial support, education and services for every level and stage of business start-up and growth. The vision of the IAE is to become renowned worldwide for excellence in promoting entrepreneurial lifestyle.

Evidence of success

Results:
-100 students willing to become entrepreneurs per year, 25 of them succeed
-The Institute manages two funds for the support of Student Entrepreneurship:
-Propeller fund – Access to ₤ 500 – ₤ 1000
-Student Enterprise Fund – Access to ₤ 1 000 - ₤ 30 000
-Participation in International projects: IAE participates in Open Innovation project
