Good Practice Information

www.granadaempresas.es facilitates the development of business ideas and the creation and consolidation of business. Granada Enterprises unify resources and connect entrepreneurs and companies with territorial technicians. One of the innovations is to integrate all resources to the creation and consolidation
of companies and create an intranet where all the municipalities can work together. All documents and files created by entrepreneurs, ie. business plan, administration and management databases are located in the computer cloud. The objectives are two-fold: 1. to connect entrepreneurs and enterprises with technicians working in the province. 2. To exchange information and to provide utilities to users, municipalities and SME incubators in different stages. The development of www.granadaempresas.es is intended to manage the different kind of users: entrepreneurs, businesses, municipalities and SME incubators.
The development project www.granadaempresas.es was organised in five phases:
1. Comprehensive analysis of the content to be managed from www.granadaempresas.es.
2. Configuring databases in order to register the users.
3. Content design for the public site http://www.granadaempresas.es.
4. Design, layout and programming of back office in order to manage the text and graphic
contents through the web.
5. Testing and optimization.
