Good Practice Information

The Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences offers regularly special job fairs at the campuses in Krefeld and Monchengladbach. Companies from whole Germany have the chance to take part at these fairs and offer jobs and practical trainings to the students. At the fair ground HR managers of the different companies present their employment opportunities
and try to win young talents for their businesses. Therefore the intention of this project is that students and graduates get the opportunity to come in contact with companies. Most of these firms are coming from the Central Lower Rhine.

Evidence of success

In the best case the students make important contacts for their further job careers. The firm profit from a new high-skilled employee and also the region profits if high-skills stay.
