Good Practice Information

10 universities, 15 colleges and the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists have been implementing the project together. The aim of the project is to pursuit the completeness of the national career guidance system through designing and implementing a career management service model in the field of career education, career counselling, career information, career assessment and
career monitoring of graduates, affordable and meeting the needs of all students of the institutions of higher education of Lithuania. The main tasks: to establish a base for qualitative provision of career management services for the students of the institutions of higher education; to design an IT-based virtual infrastructure for students career management services provision.

Evidence of success

The main activities: establishment of career management service model; provision of pilot services of career education; preparation of career management toolkits; preparation of professionals for career management services; design and installation of career management information system.
