Good Practice Information

Project developed in the framework of the IC Equal.Specific good practices developed:1. Collaboration between Local Development Agencies and Social Economy Organizations with a joint system and a shared methodology in order to support the business creation.2. Comprehensive Technical Attendance to the business creation.
3. Awareness programmes in the school and the secondary education. 4. Gender and Equality of Opportunities mainstreaming in all the programmes and projects with a Equality Committee working and evaluating every phase in the project.The Beneficiaries are women and Immigrants.

Evidence of success

The main objective of CRIO project was to develop tools and mechanisms that allow the creation of news companies, specially of women and immigrants. Around 300 companies were created through the CRIO project, 125 were promoted by women and 85 by immigrants and 650 jobs were created.
Another important point was that the partners of the project (4) created stables structures for supporting to bussiness creation, structures that have been kept even when the project finished.
