Topic of the practice

The problem that tries to solve is to provide young people and students with the possibility of starting their professional activity using the most appropriate channels to start their businesses. Support to start-ups.

Good Practice Information

To encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and to promote business vocation Granada school of Art implements several projects. The main target group is students enrolled in Granada School of Art 1) Design Upper Studies; 2) Intermediate-level Cycles in Plastic Arts and Design; 3) Upper-level cycles in Plastic Arts and Design; 4)Bachelor in Plastic Arts, Design and Image. Practice includes 3 projects.

1st is aimed provide participants with possibility of starting their professional activity on the Internet using the most appropriate channels and to assess their impact. 2nd is aimed to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and to promote business vocation. Main tool is training. 3rd project shows that entrepreneurship as a real option for future and gives students opportunity start business.

Evidence of success

50 students have taken part in these projects, the number of craft industries in this region has undergone a noticeable increase, having doubled during the last two decades. That is why is so important to develop didactic and methodological strategies that contribute to the encouragement of entrepreneurial culture.
