The best practice refers to organizing face o face matchmaking events or meeting sdesigned to bring together sellers and buyers of businesses. Such meetings / events are preceded by a documentation phase and are organized by the TOK TOC biz office.
Good Practice Information
Events designed for entrepreneurs considering to sale of their business within a few years or interested people wishing to take over a company. Duration is 18h-22h. Programme includes:
•information about finding buyers and sellers
•tax tips from experts
•identifying and influencing company value
•explanation of financing for takeover
•discussion with consultants
Transfer of best practice meant that Brasov Biz Office adopted and developed this model. Besides these special events for buyers/sellers, Office staff organized matchmaking meetings between identified buyers and sellers., which has been preceded by a documentation phase where the main characteristics of the business to be sold or bought were identified and mirrored (business for selling/buying).
Evidence of success
During Braov Biz Office: 3 Info Days with face to face meetings between buyers/sellers, 20 face to face meetings organized in the daily Brasov Biz Office. No formal confirmation, but a minimum of 4 businesses have been transferred/are in the process o,f as a result of the activities implemented in TOK-TOC. Brasov Metropolitan Agency Staff is involved in supporting/organizing face to face events.
