Good Practice Information

LOFFICE is a Hungarian small start-up enterprise established in 2009 by two sisters. Over the last years LOFFICE has expanded considerably both in the city of Budapest as well as in the city of Vienna incrementally changing the way of work by establishing innovative co-working offices with a full portfolio of services. In this sense, LOFFICE is a pioneering way to re-engine out-to-date business
models and provide the flexibility of atypical workers to innovate and generate growth by making use of the modern IT technology and services making work ’borderless’. Beyond providing office space with basic background services LOFFICE has shifted to provide a full range of additional services as well integrated into packages for each user group and cost limits.

Evidence of success

In the LOFFICE co-working offices more than 100 small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly active in creative industries and IT sector have already rented offices. Similarly, there is a growing pressure on the management team to open new co-working offices in the rural villages around Budapest as well. At the moment, only the size of the management team is blocking this expansion.
