Topic of the practice

Exceltio is a Job Share Company (ETTP - Entreprise de Travail en Temps Partagé). This type of resource sharing of employees enables the provision of qualified personnel among businesses which cannot recruit themselves, due to their size or their means.

Good Practice Information

Employees of Exceltio sign an employment contract with the job share company which signs a mission contract with the client company. This type of resource sharing has a lucrative goal. In fact, an ETTP has the same objective as a temping agency: providing employees to companies for a specific period of time. However, unlike temping, they are employed on a permanent basis by the ETTP. The employees
are provided to client businesses, there is therefore no theoretical limit to the number of structures in which the employees can work.
Exceltio is an example of solution for the CesR project: it allows various companies or people to "employ" a person through a very flexible system. At the same time, the employee benefits from a permanent job, which decreases precariousnessa and instability.

Evidence of success

Turnover doubled between 2011 and 2012. Should be multiplied by for in 2013, with 50 client companies; 20 people employed (20 jobs created).
This increase of the turnover proves that client companies use this mutualization system more and more, which means that Exceltio employes more and more people (permanent contracts).
