INTERREG IVC brought inspiration to Czech regions
The third in a row 'Inspiration for future' workshop organised by INTERREG IVC for representatives of public authorities and bodies governed by public law took place on 11 April 2013 in Prague, Czech Republic. The participants discussed the benefits for their regions and interregional cooperation in the new funding period 2014-2020.
82 projects approved during INTERREG IVC Monitoring Committee
15 December 2011, the Monitoring Committee of the INTERREG IVC programme has approved 82 projects under specific financial conditions.
These projects submitted an application under the fourth, and final, call for proposals (period of time in which applications can be submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat) which was closed in April 2011. A total of 355 applications were submitted, therefore 23% of applications were successful.
The total proposed budget of the 82 recommended projects exceeded the remaining amount available for project financing. The committee therefore agreed to ask the projects to apply a financial reduction.
Approved project lead partners will be notified of the decision, along with the details of the conditions to be fulfulled for final approval, on Monday 19 December, by email and by post. A full list of approved projects will be published once all applicants have been notified of the results.
Similarly, those projects not approved will also receive notification, including the precise reasons why their application was not accepted.
N.B. these projects are approved subject to fulfilling specific conditions. Should conditions not be fulfilled, the project will not be finally approved.
